SESSION THEME INTEREST SUBMISSION

Thank you for your interest in contributing to the program for the 39th Annual ACTA Treasury Conference, taking place from 19-21 May 2027 at Crown Melbourne.

As part of our commitment to delivering a highly relevant and engaging conference experience, ACTA is introducing a new approach to the development of sponsor-led sessions.

Drawing on feedback from ACTA 2026 delegates, we have identified a number of high-priority content themes that treasury professionals would like to see explored in greater depth at next year's conference. Sponsors with speaking entitlements are invited to nominate their preferred themes and submit a preliminary session concept for consideration by the Conference Committee.

 

Submission Deadline

Session Theme Interest Forms must be submitted by Friday 30 October 2026.

Following review by the Conference Committee, selected sponsors will be invited to further develop their session proposal in accordance with the conference planning timeline.

Important Information

Please note that some themes are expected to attract significant interest. To ensure a balanced and diverse program, ACTA will generally limit the number of sessions covering the same topic area.

Where multiple sponsors express interest in the same theme, preference will be given to submissions that clearly articulate a compelling, well-developed session concept that aligns strongly with the needs and interests of the treasury community. As such, sponsors are strongly encouraged to nominate up to three preferred themes to maximise their opportunity for inclusion in the program.

All submissions will be reviewed by the Conference Committee and assessed based on:

  • Alignment with delegate feedback and industry priorities
  • Relevance to the treasury community
  • Strength and clarity of the proposed session concept
  • Diversity and balance of the overall conference program
  • Educational value for delegates

Please note that submission of a theme preference does not guarantee allocation of that theme or a speaking opportunity. Sponsors may be invited to further develop their first, second or third preference as part of the program curation process.
