This year, we’re putting you in the driver’s seat. As a valued member of the treasury and finance community, we’re excited to invite you to actively contribute to ACTA’s 37th Annual Conference, the largest and most influential conference for corporate treasurers in the APAC region.
This is your chance to:
- Share your expertise: Present a case study, share a story, or showcase innovative solutions that have made a difference to your organisation.
- Lead a discussion: Address an important issue or challenge in the treasury world. Help fellow treasurers navigate evolving landscapes by offering your insights.
- Join a panel: Interested in contributing but not keen on a solo presentation? Put your hand up to be considered for a panel on a topic you’re passionate about.

What are we looking for?
We welcome a wide range of contributions, including but not limited to:
- Case studies on treasury management, risk management etc..
- Success stories or lessons learned from navigating treasury challenges
- Panel discussions on key trends in treasury and finance
- Any thought-provoking topics that inspire conversation and lead to actionable insights
Submission Process:

- Submit your abstract via the link below, including proposed topic title and session outline – approx. 200 words and whether it is a presentation, panel or mix – deadline by 10th January 2025. You will be asked to provide contact details including a short bio.
- Review panel will provide feedback and/or request further information by 15th January 2025.

Not sure what an abstract is? No stress! It’s just a short summary (around 200 words) that explains your idea or project. Think of it like a sneak peek that gives us a snapshot of what you’re working on or thinking about. Keep it simple, share the highlights, and we’ll take it from there.
So, what are we looking for? In around 200 words, tell us:
What’s your idea or project about? What’s the key problem, issue, or topic you’re addressing?
Why does it matter? How does this topic contribute to your field, community, or the wider world? What impact could it have?
How did you approach it? Share a little about the process or methods you’ve used, or how you’re planning to tackle it.
What did you discover or hope to discover?
Whether you have results already or just some big ideas, let us know what you’ve found out or where you think this is heading.
